When you trigger an extraction on a public Instagram post or Reel, the Extension fetches only the public data displayed in your active browser session:

• Comment Identifiers: Numerical comment ID, parent/child thread relationships.
• Author Information: Public Instagram @username, display name, profile avatar URL, and verified blue-badge status.
• Comment Metadata: Verbatim comment text, publication timestamp, and heart/like counts.
• Source Media Identifiers: Post shortcode and canonical post URL.

3.2 Authentication & License Information (Optional)

If you choose to link your EveryGlide account or upgrade to CommentsDownloader Pro:

• Account Identifiers: Your EveryGlide account email address and full name.
• Subscription Status: Plan tier (FREE TIER or PRO TIER), quota limits, and license validity token.
• Payment Data: Payment transactions are handled externally and securely by Whop (merchant of record) over 256-bit SSL encryption. EveryGlide never handles, processes, or stores your credit card or bank details.

3.3 Diagnostic Information

To troubleshoot extraction failures, local error logs (such as Instagram rate-limit responses or network disconnects) may be captured in your local browser developer console. These logs are stored locally and are never transmitted to external servers without your direct request.

4. How Your Data Is Stored & Secured

• Cloud Account Deletion: If you linked an EveryGlide account, you can view, download, or delete your saved scrapes at everyglide.com/dashboard. To request complete account termination and data erasure, contact us at privacy@everyglide.com.

7. Children's Privacy
