1. Services & License Grant

EveryGlide provides productivity and data management software tools in the form of web browser extensions (including but not limited to FB Email Extractor, Comment Downloader for Ins, and IG Follower Export Tool) and an administrative web portal.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable licensing fees, EveryGlide grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and execute the extension software on devices you own or control, in accordance with your purchased tier (individual device seats or agency licenses).

2. Local Browser Execution & Account Safety

EveryGlide software operates exclusively on the client side inside your local browser session. The extensions do not transmit your social network passwords, cookies, or personal session credentials to any external scraping farm or cloud servers.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for how you configure extraction speeds and adhere to rate guidelines recommended by the software.
• You will use the tools in compliance with all applicable local laws, regulations, and third-party platform rules.
• EveryGlide is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Microsoft, or any third-party social media platform.

3. User Accounts & Device Tokens

To activate licenses, you must register an account on the EveryGlide portal. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and the activation tokens issued to your account.

Each extension license is paired with a specific device identifier or browser profile to prevent unauthorized token sharing. You may manage, unbind, or reassign paired devices within the limits of your active package directly inside the EveryGlide portal.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Taxes

Billing and payments for EveryGlide packages are securely processed through our Merchant of Record and payment gateway partner, Polar.sh. By completing a purchase, you agree to Polar.sh’s terms of service and billing policies.

All listed prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Depending on your jurisdiction, sales tax, VAT, or GST may be calculated and collected at checkout by Polar.sh.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use EveryGlide software for:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the underlying source code or bypass license token encryption.
• Harvesting private or confidential data without authorization.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing activation tokens to unauthorized third parties.
• Any unlawful activity, spamming, harassment, or mass unsolicited messaging.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

EveryGlide software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted compatibility with supported web browsers and platforms, third-party platform interface updates may periodically require extension updates. EveryGlide will make commercially reasonable efforts to release compatibility patches promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EveryGlide, its directors, employees, or contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or third-party account restrictions resulting from the use or inability to use our software.

8. Modifications & Inquiries

EveryGlide reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of our software constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
