Welcome to LeadFlow ("the Extension", "we", "our", or "us"), a sales enablement and B2B prospecting tool developed by EveryGlide. We respect your privacy and are committed to complete transparency regarding how data is handled.

In strict compliance with the Google Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies, the sole and exclusive purpose of LeadFlow is:

To enable business professionals, researchers, and sales teams to capture, organize, and export publicly visible business contact information from user-visited Facebook Pages, Places, and Profiles into clean structured spreadsheet formats (Excel, CSV, and JSON).

LeadFlow operates with the minimum permissions required to perform this single utility. It does not engage in background browsing surveillance, advertising tracking, or unauthorized personal data collection.

2. Core Privacy Principles (What We Do & What We Never Do)

• Zero Password or Credential Access: We never ask for, collect, store, or transmit your Facebook password, two-factor authentication codes, personal login cookies, or session tokens.
• No Access to Private Data: We cannot and do not read your private Facebook messages, friend lists, private group discussions, or hidden personal account details.
• Local-First Sandbox Architecture: By default, all lead scanning, redirect unwrapping, contact formatting, and spreadsheet generation occur 100% locally on your device inside your browser's secure sandbox.
• No Third-Party Data Monetization: We never sell, rent, broker, or trade your captured leads or personal details to advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketing networks.
• Opt-In Cloud Backup: Extracted business contacts remain strictly in your browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local) unless you explicitly choose to connect your private EveryGlide workspace.

3. Information We Process

3.1 Public Business Information Captured from Facebook

When you enable the extractor and navigate to a public Facebook business page or public profile, LeadFlow captures only the contact information that the business owner has intentionally made public for customer communication:

• Business Identifiers: Official page title, vanity URL, verified status, and industry category.
• Public Contact Details: Publicly displayed customer service emails, telephone numbers, and direct WhatsApp links.
• Direct Digital Channels: Unwrapped official website domains and connected public social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X).
• Physical Locations: Public business addresses and location coordinates.

3.2 Account & Subscription Data (Optional)

If you connect your EveryGlide account or subscribe to LeadFlow Pro:

• Account Credentials: Your EveryGlide account email address and name.
• Entitlement Verification: License tier (FREE TIER or PRO TIER), quota usage, and an encrypted Bearer token.
• Secure Payment Processing: All subscription billing is processed externally by Whop (merchant of record) over 256-bit SSL encryption. EveryGlide never accesses, handles, or stores your credit card numbers or banking information.

6. Data Ownership, Retention & User Rights

You maintain complete ownership and control over all extracted information:

• Local Data Purge: You can delete all locally stored leads, preferences, and session tokens at any time by clicking Clear Leads in the extension popup, or by clearing extension storage in chrome://settings/content/all.
• Uninstalling the Extension: Removing LeadFlow from your browser immediately purges all local storage and cached data from your machine.
• Cloud Account Deletion: If you linked an EveryGlide account, you can view, export, or delete individual lead databases at everyglide.com/dashboard. To request complete account termination and data erasure, contact us at privacy@everyglide.com.

• LeadFlow is an independent productivity software product developed by EveryGlide.
